Castlegar, she is growing! I'm just about to hit the 8 inch mark and just keep slogging through a little bit every day. Once I get the sleeves joined and the first set of decreases done I'll be a happy girl.
I keep eying that pattern, always looking at fingering weight yarns with it in mind. But, I listen and read your comments about it and they make me hesitate. On one hand, I think that the lighter weight will make a lovely fabric. Then, I think about the time to get to the lovely part and I am stalled. I do LOVE her patterns, so I'll probably end out knitting it soon.
